Our service is resourced by a variety of means:

• By European Social Funds through our Jobs on the Move project which provides mentoring to local people to develop their employability and skills to a level where they can access our Employment Service (LEMIS – below). This aspect of our service has an Education & Training Fund that funds courses, licences, childcare costs when in training etc. for local people.
• Through a government LEMIS contract that ensures we operate the Job Assist Mentoring and Employment Service for local people. This aspect of our service has a Discretionary Fund that funds courses, interview clothes, licences etc. for people to get work.
• Through Invest NI for the Social Economy Fund which is managed through the West Belfast & Greater Shankill Employment Services Board.

The Belfast Citizenship Education Programme is funded by Peace III European Funding through Belfast City Council.
