• Find help with reading/writing/maths
• Structured job search - jobs you can apply for now
• Information and signposting on self employment and business start up
• Source funding for training that will increase your chances of getting a job
• Source funding for tools and interview clothes that will increase your chances of getting a job
• Provide mentoring to build confidence and self esteem

Our professional service is delivered on a 3 tier basis:

We have a first class job matching service which the full range of employers across Belfast and we our finger on the pulse of the current job market. Resources include:

• A Jobpoint in our Head Office
• Internet and ICT available at all of our outreach centres
• Links to major employers and upcoming recruitment campaigns through our Employers Forum
• Private interview rooms

Staff will match people to a job that best suits their needs and:

• Ensure application forms are completed with people to a high standard
• Undertake interview techniques and arrange mock interviews with real employers
• Help with searching for vacancies and researching employers
• Organise work placements to gain experience and a reference
• Continue to support people after they have found work
